The Blues have been the under performing team of the MPNFL Nepean Division this year and must win this weekend to get their season back on track. Having Colin Glass and Aaron Pike out of the team hasn't helped, however Mick Agnello and Will Smeetham have been the standout players.

The Magpies were expected to be the whipping boys this season but new coach Dave Lawson has them playing competitive footy.

Red Hill and Tyabb go head to head after both teams had losses before the bye. The Hillmen have been outstanding apart from the loss to Rye and

Tyabb has played some solid football but couldn't match the physical strength of Somerville. This should be close.

Rosebud had a hiccup in the opening round but has been outstanding since that point – not surprising under the watchful eye of coach Mark Hustwaite.

The Buds play Sorrento, who have been simply superb. The Sorras won't lose a game for the year. Scott Phillips, Josh Moore, Grant Johnson and Troy Schwarze have been the eye catchers so far.

Dromana hosts Rye in what should be an outstanding contest.

The Tigers recruited well in the off-season but have been disappointing while the Demons have achieved far greater results than expected after a mass exodus in the off-season.

Somerville is starting to gel nicely, as you would expect after playing together eight weeks, and should be too strong for Pearcedale, which would be in big trouble without Kerem Baskaya and Ricky Morris.
