KNOX Raiders' female and male teams both gave the Frankston Blues basketball lessons at Knox Converse stadium on Sunday in SEABL action.

Shanae Greaves had the game of her life with a double double to guide the Knox Ford Raiders to a 69-49 win over the Lady Blues.

She scored 19 points and an amazing 20 rebounds as the Raiders ran riot.

The two Liams gave the Blues men's team real problems as they helped the Raiders to an 82-73 win. Liam Gibcus (18) and Liam Carroll (15) were everywhere and had 10 rebounds between them. They were assisted by Justin Aver with 14 points and three blocks. Dylan Walsh and Ryan Murcott tried hard to keep the Blues in contact but it was not enough. Will Taylor
