A burglar took time out to have a cup of tea before stealing a phone.
Police said the robber forced a way into the Mt Eliza Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Centre in Canadian Bay Road through a back window, made a cup of tea and ate some chocolate before leaving through the front door.
Anyone who may have witnessed a person leaving the property between 8pm on Friday, February 3 and 9am the next day can call Mornington crime investigation unit on 5970 4935.
